Message	I made a post yesterday evening about a potential Z I'm looking into might possibly have odometer roll back, but I didn't have the mileage and dates Yugo Bernie. This is from the carfax report: 05/08/1998 23,697 Washington Motor Vehicle Dept. Lynnwood, WA Title #9812835401 Title or registration issued 05/09/1998 Washington Motor Vehicle Dept. Edmonds, WA Title #962081931398129 Title or registration issued (no entry on that one) 07/26/1999 100,000 <--(wtf?) Washington Inspection Station Lynnwood, WA Failed emissions inspection 07/30/1999 26,000 Washington Inspection Station Lynnwood, WA Passed emissions inspection INCONSISTENT ODOMETER READING From then on it doesn't list the mileage ("exempt from odometer reporting) until 10/31/06 when it is at 59,940. How would it be exempt? Thus, going from 23K to 100K and then to 26K seems like it'd be clerical, right? I hope so. Thanks guys.
